What is taking so long?
We do apologize for this inconvenience and the delay you are experiencing, we have since transitioned to a larger facility to better accommodate the high volume of orders we are receiving. It has taken some time to get everything finalized but we are all set to go, and we are working tiresomely to fulfill each and every order.

How can I find my order number?
Your order number will be enclosed in the order confirmation email. This email is sent to the email provided on the purchase or the email associated with PayPal (If Paypal was the payment method selected). Ex. Order #***
Can I edit/change my order?
We work diligently to process all incoming orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. After the processing time's you will be unable to make changes to your order (You can only edit your order prior to it being fulfilled) Once you receive tracking info via email it is no longer possible to edit your order. We do not pay for return shipping.
What is the processing time for my order?
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. After this time no edits can be made to the order.
Why haven’t I gotten any emails?
If you have not received any emails from us, please check your spam folder and any other email accounts you may own as well as the email associated with your Paypal (Only if this was the Payment method that was selected). Every order gets both an order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email.
How do I place an order online?
-To add an item to your Shopping cart, simply click on "Add to Cart” from the product page. -To view the items in your Shopping Bag click on the Shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page. -To remove an item from your Shopping cart, click the quantity number located to the right of the product in your cart and update. -Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your purchase.
Where is my Confirmation email?
If you did not receive an email from GOATcase™ within a few hours of placing your order please check your Spam folder as well as the email associated with your PayPal if that was your selected payment method. If you still need assistance, please contact our Customer support team with your Full name on the purchase and email you think is associated with your purchase.
