What are the standard shipping times/rates
After the 1-3 business day processing period, delivery of all in-stock items require an additional 2-8 business days for domestic orders and 3-12 business days for international orders. If your item is in-stock, you will receive your order tracking information via email between 3-5 business days from the time your order was placed. *Order confirmation and shipping confirmation email will be sent
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping details?
Please contact us immediately via live chat if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. We are unable to allow any changes to your order once it has been shipped. If your order is marked as "returned to sender", we will be required to pass on a subsidized reshipping postage fee of $5 USD.
How do I know if my package is on the way?
You will have received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to the email you provided during the purchase, please allow 24-48 hours from receiving this email for the tracking information to update.
What should I do if my package says delivered but I don't have it?
If the tracking information indicates that your items have been delivered to the address provided on the purchase but you have not received it, please check surrounding houses, doorsteps etc.. in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with any other tenants such as family, roommates or landlords etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. If your tracking information shows that it is being returned to sender the package was refused at the time of delivery, unable to deliver to the address provided, or the item was damaged in transit. Once we receive the package back at our facility someone from our team will reach out to you and try to solve the issue of why it was being returned to sender
